In line with its business expansion plan, Ever Bilena partnered with Jupiter Systems, Inc. to help them automate their business operation. Mr. Silliman Sy, the owner of Ever Bilena together with Mr. John Defiesta and Celmer Santos, President and General Manager for Sales and Consulting Division of Jupiter Systems respectively, signed a contract for the implementation of ERIC Distribution & ERIC Financial Suite last April 3, 2012. The ERIC Distribution suite will effectively manage Ever Bilena's inventory, sales, finished goods warehousing, invoicing and delivery through Order Entry and Billing. Advanced Purchasing will handle the entire acquisition cycle for component materials, equipment and supplies. ERIC Distribution is fully integrated with ERIC Financial suite which will cover the range of their accounting requirements from General accounting, Financial reporting to Budgeting.
