ERIC Dealer Management System (DMS), the 2010 e-Services outstanding application of the year of Jupiter Systems, Inc. is an end-to-end software solution for automotive dealerships. ERIC DMS covers the full range of dealer activities from marketing to sales and after sales services. Aside from core dealer business solutions, DMS is backed by a full ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application and completely automates and integrates back-office operations all the way to financial reporting.

ERIC DMS is comprised of 3 main operation modules namely Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Vehicle Sales and Administration (VSA) and Service Management (SVM). DMS is intelligently designed to address the complexities and uniqueness of typical automotive operation’s revenue streams which includes vehicle sales, parts and accessories’ sales and vehicle service or after sales while consequently ensuring seamless integration. CRM and VSA brilliantly capture and tracks information for sales and marketing from walk-in prospects, appointment scheduling to actual vehicle sale. It automates the leads monitoring, generation of customer quotations, sales ordering, vehicle allocation, invoicing, vehicle purchasing, and vehicle receiving. The system also keeps track and manage vehicle inventory.

SVM on the other hand fulfills the customer service, data recording and control requirements of after sales operation. Customer Satisfaction is a common theme across all service industries. This module ensures that service personnel can provide delightful customer service. SVM accurately tracks all repair activities from customer appointment to invoicing and billing. With its highly graphical status indicators such as calendar type customer booking window, repair order (RO) assignment, technician assignment and RO status window - customer satisfaction is just a click away.

However, aftersales or service operation can never be successful without efficient management of Parts and Supplies Inventory. ERIC Parts Inventory Management (IM) corroborate with SVM to guarantee real time availability of parts and supplies while maintaining the ideal inventory cost and quantity in your warehouse.

EIS is a very sophisticated management tool that will provide the company’s top executives or key decision makers  real time information about the status of his/her dealership/s in a single window. This information includes consolidated (multi-dealers) up-to-date sales of vehicle, accessories, number of cars for repairs in the service bay, receivables among others.
